Incoterms are standardized trade terms that define exactly where risk, cost and responsibility transfer from seller to buyer during a shipment. Getting them right avoids costly misunderstandings.
FOB (Free On Board): the seller delivers the goods on board the vessel at the port of shipment; risk transfers to the buyer once goods are loaded.
CFR (Cost and Freight): the seller arranges and pays for carriage to the destination port, but risk still transfers at the port of shipment.
CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight): similar to CFR, with the seller also arranging insurance for the goods in transit.
Uraz supports standard Incoterms across our commodity lines and works with each buyer to agree the terms that fit their logistics setup before any contract is finalized.
